Historical Scenes

These painterly compositions permit the viewer to become a witness to history. While occasionally portraying specific events, my interests center on common activities of history and in the history of technology. These paintings often require considerable research time as well as numerous composition sketches, the construction of models, and studies from life whenever possible.
